How long does a deep clean take?

It depends on the size and condition of your home. A two-bedroom flat is often a day's work for one cleaner or half a day for two. The estimate above gives you a guide, and we confirm before booking.

Do I need to be at home?

No. Plenty of customers leave a key or a lockbox code. Your CleanTrack report shows you what was done while you were out.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes, everything. If you'd like us to use particular products in your home, just tell us when you book.

What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?

A regular clean keeps on top of things. A deep clean deals with the build-up: limescale, grease, skirting boards, behind and under furniture, and the details that get skipped week to week.

Can I switch to regular cleaning afterwards?

Yes, and it's a good idea. Starting from a deep clean means your regular visits can keep things at that standard.
